Čeština: Znak města Horní Slavkov, okres Sokolov. Čtvrcený šít. První pole červeno-stříbrně dělené, v něm zlatě korunovaný dvouocasý lev opačných barev. Druhé pole červené, v něm dvakrát červeno-stříbrno-červeně polcené břevno. Třetí pole zlaté s doleva obráceným černým lvem. Čtvrté pole zelené, v něm zkřížená stříbrná hornická kladiva se zlatými násadami, přeložená svisle postavenými zlatými hráběmi.
