Čeština: Vlajka obce Oplany: List tvoří dva svislé pruhy, zvlněný modrý se třemi vrcholy a čtyřmi prohlubněmi a bílý, v poměru 9 : 15. V modrém pruhu bílý gotický klíč zuby dolů a k vlajícímu okraji, v bílém pruhu dva zelené smrky s černými kmeny pod sebou. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
