Uprostřed červená kvádrovaná věž s cimbuřím, jejímž černým obloukovým oknem je modrý pruh prostrčen. Věž je provázená dvěma přivrácenými černými křídly se žlutým vodorovným pruhem širokým jednu devítinu šířky listu.
