Koaⁿ mn̂g chēng-me̍h

門 (Mn̂g)靜脈 (tsīng-me̍h)，或者 (hi̍k-tsiá)門脈 (Mn̂g-me̍h) (門靜脈，門脈; portal vein) 或者肝 (Kuann)門靜脈 (肝門靜脈; hepatic portal vein (HPV)) 是 (sī)共 (kā)血液 (hiat-i̍k)對 (uì)胃腸 (uī-tn̂g)道 (tō) (胃腸道)，膽囊 (tám-lông) (膽囊)，維善 (î-siàn) (胰腺) 佮 (kap)脾臟 (pî-tsōng) (脾臟) 輸送 (su-sàng)到 (kàu)肝臟 (kuann-tsōng) (肝臟) 的 (ê)血管 (hiat-kuán)。這種 (Tsit-tsióng)血液和有 (hâm-iú)對消化 (siau-huà)內容 (luē-iông)物 (bu̍t)當中 (tang-tiong)提出 (the̍h-tshut)的營養 (îng-ióng)物這 (bu̍t-tsit)和 (hām)毒素 (to̍k-sòo)。大約 (Tāi-iok)75% 的肝臟總 (tsóng)血 (hiat)瘤量 (liû-liōng)通過 (thong-kuè)門靜脈，賰的 (tshun-ê)部分 (pōo-hūn)來自 (lâi-tsū)肝動脈 (tōng-me̍h)。血液通過官 (kuann)靜脈利開 (lī-khui)肝臟達到 (ta̍t-kàu)心臟 (sim-tsōng)。

門靜脈毋 (m̄)是正港 (tsiànn-káng)的靜脈; 因位 (in-uī)門靜脈共血液送到 (sàng-kàu)肝臟的毛細 (môo-sè)血管床 (tshn̂g)，毋是直接 (ti̍t-tsiap)書送 (su-sàng)到心臟。門靜脈是人體 (jîn-thé)3个 (ê)門靜脈系統 (hē-thóng)之一 (tsi-it)，猶是 (iah-sī)肝門 (kuann-mn̂g)系統的主要 (tsú-iàu)組成 (tsoo-sîng)部分; 其他 (kî-thann)的部分是隨體 (suî-thé)和慎門 (sīn-mn̂g)系統。

門靜脈通常 (thong-siông)由 (iû)腸系膜 (tn̂g-hē-mo̍oh) (腸系膜) 上 (siōng)靜脈 (上靜脈)，脾 (pî)靜脈 (脾靜脈)，腸系膜 (腸系膜) 下 (hā)靜脈 (下靜脈)，為 (uī)倒 (tò)，正 (tsiànn)靜脈 (胃左右靜脈) 佮 (kah)胰 (î)靜脈 (胰靜脈) 會合 (huē-ha̍p)所 (sóo)組成出來 (tshut-lâi)的。

看磕 (Khan-kha̍p)門靜脈的病症 (pēnn-tsìng)會 (ē)置始 (tì-sú)嚴重 (giâm-tiōng)的病症和死亡 (sí-bông)。這種情況 (tsîng-hóng)的一个 (tsi̍t-ê)重要 (tiōng-iàu)的範例 (huān-lē)是門靜脈血壓 (hiat-ap)升懸 (sing-kuân)。這種情況叫做 (kiò-tsò)門靜脈高血壓 (ko-hiat-ap)，是官硬 (kuann-ngē)huàê主要併發症 (pìng-huat-tsìng) (complication)。腹肚 (Pak-tóo)膨皮 (phòng-phuê)版垃 (pán-lâ) (脂肪) 當中，炎政 (iām-tsìng)細胞 (sè-pau)因指 (in-tsí)佮其他有毒 (ū-to̍k)的物質 (bu̍t-tsit)通過門靜脈對內藏 (luē-tsōng)版垃轉運 (tsuán-ūn)至 (tsì)肝臟，致使 (tì-sú)肝臟胰島素 (î-tó-sòo) (insulin) 底控 (té-khòng)和非 (hui)酒精 (tsiú-tsing)勝 (sìng)版垃肝病 (kuann-pēnn).
