Fortran (ia̍hFORTRAN)，號名 (hō-miâ)源自 (goân-chū) "公式 (Kong-sek)翻譯 (Hoan-e̍k)" (英語 (Eng-gí): Formula Translation) 的 (ê)縮寫 (sok-siá)，是 (sī)一 (chi̍t)種 (chióng)程式 (thêng-sek)語言 (gí-giân)。 1957年 (nî)，由 (iû)IBM開發 (khai-hoat)出 (chhut)，是通世界 (thong-sè-kài)第一 (tē-it)个 (ê)被 (pī)正式 (chèng-sek)採用 (chhái-iōng)並 (pēng)流傳 (liû-thoân)到今 (kàu-taⁿ)的高階 (ko-kai)程式語言。
