油蔥粿 (Iû-chhang-ké)/油蔥粿 (iû-chhang-kóe)(油蔥粿) 是 (sī)一種 (chi̍t-chióng)閩南 (Bân-lâm),台灣 (Tâi-oân)佮 (kah)南陽 (lâm-iûⁿ)Hô-ló民族 (Bîn-cho̍k)社區 (siā-khu)的 (ê)食物 (chia̍h-mi̍h)。將 (Chiong)日本美 (Ji̍t-pún-bí) (日語 (Ji̍t-gí): 粳米(うるちまい)) 磨 (bôa)做 (chòe)米漿 (bí-chiuⁿ),才閣 (tsiah-koh)共 (kā)赤肉 (chhiah-bah),扁魚 (píⁿ-hî),北蔥 (pak-chhang)等 (téng)政 (cheng)做年 (nî),然後 (jiân-āu)將兩个 (nn̄g-ê)參 (chham)鬥陣 (tàu-tīn), lā予 (hō͘)齊勻 (chiâu-ûn), hìⁿ咧 (leh)碗 (óaⁿ)內底 (lāi-tóe)。紲落來 (Sòa--lo̍h-lâi)對 (ùi)碗利 (lāi)系 (hē)蝦仁 (hê-jîn),香菇 (hiuⁿ-ko͘)抑是 (a̍h-sī)油蔥 (iû-chhang),然後將碗下 (hē)咧鼎 (tiáⁿ)抑是籠床 (lâng-sn̂g)內底棲 (chhe)予席 (se̍k)。最後 (Chòe-āu)參沙茶 (sa-te)醬 (chiùⁿ),辣醬 (loa̍h-chiùⁿ),蒜茸 (soàn-jiông),豆油 (tāu-iû),酸 (sng)菜頭 (chhài-thâu)抑是芫荽 (iân-sui),世 (sè)淡薄仔 (tām-po̍h-á)柑仔 (kam-á)接 (chiap),就 (chiū)會用 (ē-ēng)食矣 (chia̍h--ah)。[1]
