綠色 (Le̍k-sek)螢光 (êng-kng)卵白質 (nn̄g-pe̍h-chit)，英語 (Eng-gí)green fluorescent protein，簡寫 (kán-siá)GFP，是 (sī)一款 (chi̍t-khóan)卵白質，有 (ū)238个 (ê)氨基酸 (an-ki-sng)，質量 (chit-liōng)26.9 kDa。 GFP一 (chi̍t)開始 (khai-sí)是對 (tùi)學名 (ha̍k-miâ)Aequorea victoria的 (ê)水母 (chúi-bó)分離 (hun-lî)出來 (chhut-lâi)，這 (chit)款 (khóan)水母弟 (tī)藍色 (nâ-sek)光線 (kng-sòaⁿ)下跤 (ē-kha)會 (ē)發 (hoat)綠色的螢光.[1][2]

製造 (Chè-chō)GFP的基因 (ki-in)會當 (ē-tàng)做 (chò)基因表達 (piáu-ta̍t)的報導 (pò-tō)基因 (reporter gene).[3]，佇 (tī)現在 (hiān-chāi)的細胞 (sè-pau)生物學 (seng-bu̍t-ha̍k)抑 (ia̍h)分子 (hun-chú)生物學的研究 (gián-kiù)內抵 (lāi-té)有真濟 (chin-chē)應用 (èng-iōng)。 2008年 (nî)，Martin Chalfie，Osamu Shimomura佮 (kap)Roger Y。 Chien因為 (in-ūi)對GFP的發現 (hoat-hiān)參 (chham)研究，得 (tit)著 (tio̍h)Nobel化學 (Hòa-ha̍k)獎 (Chióng)。
