紅茶 (Âng-tê) (紅茶) 是 (sī)茶 (tê)飲料 (ím-liāu)的 (ê)一種 (chi̍t-chióng)。按 (Àn)製做 (chè-chò)過程 (koè-têng)來講 (lâi-kóng),紅茶是接近 (chiap-kīn)完全 (oân-choân)發酵 (hoat-kàⁿ)的茶,比 (pí)烏龍茶 (o͘-liông-tê),生茶 (chheⁿ-tê),白茶 (pe̍h-tê)發酵的程度 (thêng-tō͘)較 (khah)重 (tāng)。
