核糖體 (Hu̍t-thn̂g-thé) (英語 (Eng-gí): ribosome "倚音: "lái-bo-sòm""; hi̍k-thn̂g-thé) 是 (sī)一 (chi̍t)款 (khoán)分子 (hun-chú)機械 (ki-hâi)，存在 (chûn-chāi)佇 (tī)活 (oa̍h)細胞 (sè-pau)內面 (lāi-bīn)，是卵白質 (nn̄g-pe̍h-chit)哈成 (hap-sêng)，抑 (ia̍h)就 (tio̍h)是翻譯 (hoan-e̍k)的 (ê)場所 (tiûⁿ-só͘)。核糖體按照 (àn-chiàu)mRNA的排列 (pâi-lia̍t)順序 (sūn-sī)，將 (chiong)amino酸 (sng)接 (chiap)做伙 (chò-hóe)，生產 (seng-sán)出 (chhut)polypeptide長練 (tn̂g-liān)。核糖體本身 (pún-sin)是兩个 (nn̄g-ê)部件 (pō͘-kiāⁿ)組合器來的 (cho͘-ha̍p--khì-lâi-ê)，分 (hun)專門 (choan-bûn)讀 (tha̍k)RNA順序的小 (sió)單元 (tan-goân)，佮 (kap)負責 (hū-chek)相接 (sio-chiap)amino酸的大 (tōa)單元。
