線尾佇1935年 (nî)的時 (sî)有 (ū)人口 (jîn-kháu)2455人 (lâng)，當時 (tong-sî)屬 (sio̍k)鳳山郡 (Hōng-soaⁿ-kūn)林園庄 (Lîm-hn̂g-chng)管內 (koán-lāi).[1]
